Our new "Big Chill" Pearl Necklace features a slightly larger pill than our original chill pill, and lays horizontally. The pill itself functions as the clasp, with a "screw closure". A fun update to a strand of classic freshwater pearls.

Organic shaped 5mm freshwater pearls. 18k gold vermeil and Pink Sky enamel chill pill. Chill pill measures 3/4". Necklace measures 17 inches length.
